Ambassador Industrial is a market leader in the Australian and Asia Pacific industrial rubber and plastic industry.
With manufacturing facilities in Melbourne and Malaysia, warehousing in Melbourne and the Gold Coast, and a newly established facility in Forrestdale, Western Australia, we are entering an exciting growth phase in WA.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, trading hours are 8am to 4pm , no weekend work!
The successful candidate:
- Experienced in responding to customer sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Confident in delivering accurate product information and recommending suitable solutions based on customer requirements (product training will be provided)
- Proficient in processing orders, including invoicing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Physically fit and capable of safely handling and lifting products weighing up to 30kg on a regular basis.
- Possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain organised warehouse systems
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, ensuring our high standards are maintained
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming deliveries and prepare outbound shipments
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts (license required), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain clean, organised, and safe work environment
