At Barwon Water, we're passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our customers and community. As the first point of contact for visitors, customers and staff, you'll play an important role in representing our organisation and creating positive experiences every day.
Working within our Customer Channels team, you'll welcome visitors, manage enquiries and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Customer Centre. You'll coordinate customer and visitor requests, support administrative activities, manage deliveries and mail, and assist with a variety of community and business support functions.
No two days will be the same. You'll engage with a wide range of people, solve problems, build strong relationships and help connect customers and visitors with the right support across the organisation.
Based at our Ryrie Street office in Geelong, this role works Monday and Tuesday and offers the opportunity to contribute to an organisation that delivers essential services to the community.
This is a maximum term contract until August 2027.

You're organised, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
