Jonah’s is currently seeking candidates for the position of Head Sommelier. The successful person will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role managing the wine list for a high end restaurant/bar/resort or hotel and be expertly trained, engaging, friendly and professional. The position will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for the ongoing development of Jonah’s wine list, all aspects of managing stock, customer engagement, managing supplier relationships and other responsibilities.
