We are currently seeking an Inventory & Systems Audit Officer to join our ABC Refinery team in Marrickville, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control
- Internal Auditing
- Trade Compliance (International Trade Agreement)
- Consignment Security Compliance (Aviation Security)
- Administer ERP systems to ensure effective inventory control, audit compliance and accurate reporting.
- Reporting; preparing and reviewing stock takes, inventory movements, consignment movements and documentation.
About You
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to adjust priorities quickly in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel and enterprise systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar inventory, production, or auditing role.
