About the role: This role is responsible for supporting the Asset Data and Assurance team through the research, collection, analysis, and reporting of operational, system, and data requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring document integrity, compliance, and accessibility across the business.
- Assist in maintaining the Aurizon Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) and SharePoint sites
- Ensure the accurate registration, tracking, and control of controlled documents
- Perform quality reviews of documentation, including formatting, grammar, accuracy, and correct template use
- Ensure all documentation meets required standards, governance, and compliance requirements
- Monitor and respond to internal stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow, maintain, and continuously improve document control procedures and processes
- Support the exploration and practical use of AI and digital tools to enhance document management, improve data quality, and streamline workflows
About you:
- Desirable but not mandatory, relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in document control
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated high level computer and software skills
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and to liaise with engineers and technical staff.
