The Role
Our client is looking for an Underground Technical Services Superintendent to join the WA team. Role responsibilities will include:
- Managing and working with team members to ensure that production and other targets are achieved across the operation.
- Offering mentorship and guidance
- Be instrumental in the support and development of your team members
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the mine operations.
The Candidate
- Underground mining experience
- Tertiary qualifications in mining engineering discipline (or equivalent).
- You have a high regard for your personal safety & the safety of your teammates.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a full work rights visa
