As part of our evolving site culinary program, we are expanding our themed dining experiences and looking for chefs who are proud ambassadors of their cuisine — ready to elevate our offering with genuine flavours, traditional methods and culinary storytelling.

- Lead and deliver authentic themed cuisine nights aligned to your traditional training
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across all sections
- Contribute to menu planning and cultural authenticity of specialty offerings
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Mentor and collaborate with site culinary teams to share traditional techniques
- Consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences to site residents
- Formally trained in traditional Cantonese, Sichuan, Mexican, Thai or Italian cuisine
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or recognised Trade Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong knowledge of traditional culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and National Police Clearance
- Passionate about sharing your culinary heritage and elevating dining standards
