As a Sales Associate, you will bring the Coach brand to life by creating meaningful client connections, delivering elevated service, and supporting overall store performance. You’ll play an important part in a collaborative, high-performing retail environment where your passion for people and product truly matters.

Provide warm, genuine, and personalised service to every client

Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Maintain store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards

Support daily operations including stock management, replenishment, and POS tasks

Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or premium retail ideal)
