We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Catering Staff to join our team for upcoming events in Bathurst.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you’ll help deliver quality food and excellent service to event attendees. As a Catering All-Rounder, you’ll assist with food preparation, customer service, POS operation, payment processing, restocking, cleaning, and general catering operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and other supplies.
- Maintain clean, hygienic, and organised service areas.
- Follow food-safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, setup, and pack-down duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
What we’re looking for
- Previous catering, hospitality, café, restaurant, or food-truck experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude and excellent customer-service skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Flexible availability for weekend and event shifts.
- A Food Safety Certificate is preferred but not essential.
