We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to join our Perth team and manage our enterprise resource planning systems.
Position Summary
The ERP Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of the company's ERP platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the ERP system operates efficiently and supports organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support the organization's ERP system and related applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure ERP modules and workflows to support business operations.
- Coordinate ERP upgrades, patches, testing, and system enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to end users.
- Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across ERP environments.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user guides.
- Support reporting, business intelligence, and data analysis requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules including finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of database management, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ERP administration or vendor-specific certifications.
- Experience within manufacturing, textile, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
