As a Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate
You’ll gain a true end-to-end understanding of how we move products across the country. Rotating through Pinkenba (QLD), Gladstone (QLD) and Sydney (NSW), you’ll:
- Learn how scheduling works and connects with road transport
- Get across our whole supply chain, from shipping and rail to supply planning
- Understand fleet maintenance, vendor networks and asset management
- Start to build your leadership skills in hands-on transport operations
- Build relationships across our sites and teams, learning from talented people
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for curious, driven grads who want to hit the ground running in 2027. You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Completing (or have recently finished) a Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar
- Keen to learn the supply chain from the ground up
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with and influencing people
- A problem-solver who likes variety and a challenge
- Eager to learn from experienced managers and grow into leadership
- Open to relocating across Pinkenba, Gladstone and Sydney (we’ll support you the whole way)
