If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
You're ready to help shape our narrative. Your expertise will amplify the impact of initiatives, foster public trust and ensure our stakeholders are engaged and empowered by what we do.
In this role, you'll:
You'll be working in the Strategic Communications team, leading the delivery of communications research and evaluation projects that help shape and improve customer-facing campaigns across the transport network.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end research programs that provide critical insights into campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour, and public engagement.
The role supports a diverse portfolio of communications initiatives, including road safety campaigns, network disruption communications, and public transport campaigns.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners to ensure robust evaluation frameworks are delivered and key performance metrics are achieved.

About you
You are an experienced customer research professional with 5 to 7 years' experience delivering customer insights through qualitative and quantitative research. With expertise in survey design, focus groups, in-depth interviews, and other research methodologies and analysis, you'll translate complex findings into meaningful recommendations that drive business decisions.
You'll ideally bring agency or supplier-side experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple research initiatives. Experience in large research organisations is highly valued, while government-sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
Success in this role requires excellent stakeholder management, the ability to balance competing priorities, and a passion for turning customer insights into impactful outcomes.
