Overview
Lead a Team. Shape Recovery Outcomes. Make a Real Impact.
We're looking for an inspiring Team Manager to lead our newly established Mobile Case Management team in Newcastle.
This is more than a leadership role—it's an opportunity to shape a growing team that helps injured workers rebuild confidence, overcome barriers and achieve successful return-to-work outcomes. Leading a team of Mobile Case Managers who work directly with workers, employers and treatment providers in the community, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful impact every day.
Mobile Case Management is different to what has traditionally existed in NSW. Our Mobile Case Managers are true decision-makers who own the claim from start to finish. They are not working on behalf of others, and they are not a pseudo-rehabilitation function. This is genuine, best-practice mobile case management — face to face with workers, providers and employers, in workplaces and medcial professional rooms, building trusted relationships, supporting recovery and influencing safe, timely and durable return-to-work outcomes.
You'll have the autonomy to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while influencing the future direction of this innovative service. Whether you're an experienced workers compensation leader or a people-focused manager looking to bring your coaching expertise to a purpose-driven organisation, this is your chance to make a genuine difference while advancing your career.
