ASEEOS™ is a supplier and installer specialising in delivering high-quality construction and finishing works. We work closely with a network of skilled subcontractors to ensure every project is delivered with strong attention to quality, schedule, and budget control.
We are currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Compliance and Leadership:
- Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and health standards in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (QLD)
- Conduct daily, weekly, and mandatory site safety inductions and toolbox meetings
- Identify potential hazards and carry out regular site inspections to prevent accidents
Site Operation Management:
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labourers to ensure efficient site operations
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Assign tasks based on worker skills and experience
Project Scheduling and Material Logistics:
- Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered to site on time
- Monitor and track project progress to meet deadlines and milestones
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Inspect works at critical stages to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Identify and rectify any defects or non-conforming works
Reporting and Communication:
- Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, and builders
- Provide regular and detailed updates regarding progress, issues, variations, and budget impacts
Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Construction, Building, or related discipline)
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination, and compliance requirements
