Required skills for a bar manager:
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team, effectively communicate with staff and customers.
- Customer Service Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers and handle complaints professionally.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
- Beverage Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, including mixology techniques.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
