About the role
Based between our Chatswood and Mosman showroom, you will guide customers through the full Mercedes-Benz new vehicle range, delivering a buying experience that reflects the standard the brand is known for.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building genuine relationships with new and returning customers, understanding their lifestyle and needs to match them with the right Mercedes-Benz model
- Managing your own pipeline across walk-ins, phone, and digital leads, meaning your effort and initiative directly shape your results
- Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence, bringing the Mercedes-Benz range to life for each individual buyer
- Collaborating with finance and delivery teams to ensure every handover reflects the quality customers expect from the brand
- Staying current with new Mercedes-Benz model releases, technology updates, and manufacturer programs so every customer conversation is backed by real expertise
About You
You bring a proven track record in sales and a genuine appreciation for premium products, combined with the interpersonal skills that make customers feel confident in both the brand and you.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience in a sales role, ideally within automotive or a similarly considered-purchase environment
- A results-oriented mindset that keeps the customer experience front of mind alongside monthly targets
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with a wide range of people
- Confidence managing multiple leads and following up consistently without losing the personal touch
- An understanding of, or genuine interest in, the Mercedes-Benz brand and its customer base
- A current NSW driver's licence
