Monaco Global is a growing supplier of formwork, scaffolding, shoring, plywood, construction consumables, and engineered access solutions across Australia and international markets. As part of our expansion into Queensland, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop and grow our customer base throughout the state.
The Role
Based in Brisbane and covering Queensland, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting Monaco Global's range of formwork, scaffolding, shoring, and construction products.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities throughout Queensland.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, formwork contractors, scaffolding contractors, civil contractors, and hire companies.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
- Work closely with management to develop market strategies.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
- Represent Monaco Global professionally in the market.
Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Formwork systems
- Scaffolding systems
- Shoring systems
- Construction equipment
- Building materials
- Civil construction products
- Industrial sales
Experience working for companies such as PERI, Doka, Acrow, RMD, ULMA, Layher, Altrad, BrandSafway, or similar organizations will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in construction or industrial products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Ability to travel throughout Queensland.
Highly Desirable
- Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering).
- Estimating experience.
- Formwork design knowledge.
- Scaffolding design knowledge.
- Construction management experience.
- Existing network within the Queensland construction industry.
