Genuine Connection Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to participants across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care and daily living support
- Domestic assistance
- Community access and social participation
- Emotional support and companionship
- Documentation and progress notes
- Promoting participant independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Requirements
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or equivalent
- Proof of Australian working rights
- Valid Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Infection Control Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
- Relevant industry certificates and training
