We are seeking a Casual Housekeeper/All Rounder at our Fitzroy location. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our apartments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Candidates must be available to work Tuesdays.
Candidates must also be aware we are hiring for Tuesdays only. There is potential for more shifts, however this is not guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest apartments and common areas.
· Assisting in the preparation of apartments for incoming guests, including laundry and restocking supplies.
· Responding promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
· Ensuring high standards of service and presentation are upheld throughout the property.
· Reporting maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
· Completing simple daily reporting related to housekeeping tasks.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
· Experience in a housekeeping or custodial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· A strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
· A professional attitude and appearance.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
· The physical capability to handle manual lifting and moving of heavy items.
Please Note: This role is onsite. Candidates must have full working rights within Australia and must not be on a student visa.
