We are seeking a Finance Compliance and Executive Coordinator to work in a full time (80 hours/fortnight includes ADO) capacity based at Nhill (or as mutually agreed).
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The Finance, Compliance, and Executive Coordinator is responsible for supporting financial administration, reporting, and compliance functions within the Finance and Administration division.
- The role coordinates financial reporting, audit, and compliance activities across the organisation, while providing high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director Finance and Administration (EDFA).
- The position contributes to effective financial management, ensures compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and organisational policies, and supports the efficient coordination of Finance and Administration and organisational processes.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration, accounting support, or financial reporting.
- Sound understanding of financial compliance, audit and reporting processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate reporting, compliance or administrative activities across an organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, exercise judgement, and maintain confidentiality.
- Progress towards tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Economics (AQF Level 7 or equivalent)
Desirable:
- Experience working in a public sector or health service environment.
- Experience supporting executive, committee or reporting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across
multidisciplinary teams.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.
- Australian Driver’s License.
