What will you do
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist – Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team at our Southbank office in Melbourne to play a key role in transforming how we connect with prospective residents and their families.
This role will focus on developing automated customer journeys, leveraging customer data and behavioural insights, and building lead scoring and customer prioritisation frameworks that help deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. You will play a key role in improving customer engagement, identifying high-intent prospects, increasing lead and appointment generation, and supporting stronger commercial outcomes across the resident acquisition journey.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise, project management abilities, critical thinking and data driven mindset to enhance the customer experience from first enquiry through to move-in. Working across email, SMS, landing pages, forms and audience segmentation, you'll optimise our marketing automation ecosystem to create personalised experiences that support prospective residents and their families through one of life's most important decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Acquisitions, Brand, Sales and Creative Services to ensure seamless integration of systems, data and campaigns, while continually identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion and business performance. engagement, conversion and business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and optimise the end to end marketing automation strategy in collaboration with the Acquisition and Brand teams that supports lead generation and sales growth
- Optimise marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, by managing workflows, email campaigns, and nurturing programs.
- Identify new opportunities for platform and content enhancements and improvements, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to implement and action these effectively.
- Leverage audience insights and user journey data to craft personalised messaging that drives engagement and enhances customer experiences.
- Analyse campaign performance and key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless system integration and campaign execution.
