About Us
We're a thriving chiropractic practice built on mission-driven care and a culture of excellence. Our team is lean, talented and committed to helping patients achieve remarkable health outcomes. We're looking for an exceptional operations leader to scale our business and take us to the next level.
The Role
As our OM/Office Manager, you'll be the integrator - the person who executes our business plan and runs the day-to-day operations so our clinical leadership can focus on vision and patient care. This is not a clerical job. You'll own the P&L, manage our team, oversee all systems and processes and ensure every function of the practice operates with precision and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Execute the business plan and hold accountability to financial performance (P&L, KPIs, vital signs metrics)
- Lead, develop, and hold the team accountable to standards, culture and individual performance goals
- Run all operational systems: scheduling, patient management, payroll, reporting and identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability and patient experience
- Filter ideas, prioritize projects, and manage the integration of clinical and business teams
- Ensure compliance with all office policies, SOPs, and quality standards
- Manage financial controls, collections and accounts
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly metrics reports to leadership
- Build and sustain systems that allow the practice to scale without the owner present
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented, systems-minded and process-driven
- High patience, high pace, high compliance - you follow the rules and hold others to them
- Natural leader with strong accountability and management skills
- Organised, tenacious and allegiant to the mission and culture
- You have the capacity to own and run a business, not just manage one
- Comfortable with data, metrics and regular reporting
- Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems
Experience
- 3+ years in a management or operations role (healthcare, dental, or chiropractic preferred, but not required)
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, budgets, and operations
- Proficiency with scheduling software, accounting basics, and office management systems
- Track record of creating and implementing systems that improve efficiency
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
- Health and wellness benefits
- A team and culture that values growth, accountability, and excellence
- The opportunity to grow into a true business leadership role - this is a runway position
- Ongoing professional development and coaching
