Full Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with great communication skills and a caring and kind manner for an available position. We are currently in need of a Dental Assistant to join our team.
- As a dental assistant, one of your key responsibilities includes preparing patients for treatments or checkups. This may involve explaining what the procedure will involve, ensuring the patient is comfortable and ready for the dentist to commence their work
- In order to maintain a safe and hygienic environment, you are tasked with sterilising dental tools and equipment. This important aspect of the role consists of meticulous cleaning and sterilising instruments to maintain infection control protocols
- During dental procedures, you will provide chair-side support for the dentist. This can include tasks such as passing instruments, holding suction devices.
- Assist in stock management and ordering, liaising with suppliers
- All duties of dental assistant for the assisting role. Being familiar with D4W would be great
