AP Bakery is looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our AP Place location.
We are a high-volume bakery and coffee business known for exceptional pastries, quality coffee, and warm, energetic service. AP Place is a flagship-style site with strong foot traffic and a loyal following — and we’re looking for a leader who can elevate performance while building a standout team culture.
This is not a clipboard role. We need someone who leads from the floor.

As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead daily operations of a high-volume bakery & coffee venue
- Build, coach and develop a strong front-of-house & barista team
- Drive sales through customer engagement and service standards
- Maintain exceptional product presentation and store standards
- Manage rosters, wage targets and labour efficiency
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members
- Uphold AP’s service behaviours and brand values
- Create a positive, high-performance culture

You are:
- An experienced hospitality leader (2+ years managing or supervising a busy café or bakery)
- Confident running high-volume service
- Strong with team training and coaching
- Commercially minded — you understand KPIs and wage control
- Calm under pressure
- Obsessed with customer experience
- Professional, warm and clear in communication
- Passionate about coffee, food and hospitality
Bonus if you have specialty coffee knowledge or barista experience.
