We’re partnering with a top-tier law firm, and their Corporate and M&A team is dynamic, supportive, and genuinely values the contribution of their Legal Assistants. Working closely with a Partner and a small team of fee earners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the practice run seamlessly.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing high-level administrative support to a Partner and approximately three fee earners
- Drafting, formatting, amending, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Managing complex billing processes, with experience using Aderant viewed favourably
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and schedules with precision and efficiency
- Anticipating the needs of the team and proactively providing support before being asked
- Liaising confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining exceptional organisation and attention to detail across all tasks
THE FINE PRINT
- Salary UP to $112K package (dependent on experience)
- 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant within a professional services environment
- Strong billing experience, ideally with exposure to Aderant
- Previous experience supporting multiple Partners or senior stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
- The ability to think ahead, use initiative, and adapt in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A polished, professional, and proactive approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to be a true team player

Pay: $85,000.00 – $112,000.00 per year
