We are a fast-growing company in the home improvement and building materials industry, combining both e-commerce and physical retail. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from Australian customers and provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, introduce products, and close sales
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and online messages
- Communicate with the warehouse team regarding stock and delivery when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication with local customers
- Fluent in Chinese for internal team communication
- Must hold a valid long-term working visa (Full-time working rights required)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred; experience in home/building products is a plus
- Friendly, proactive, responsible, and strong communication skills
