Replenish Counselling and Training is a bespoke clinic in the heart of Wollongong, where mental health and relationship support meet heart and soul. We're looking for an experienced Psychologist or Counsellor or Mental Health Social Worker to join our tribe. Please notes this is a part time role , with the scope for more days/hours and paid prorated.

What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality individual and/or couples counselling (optional) with a focus on relationship issues, anxiety, depression and trauma processing.
- Conducting case assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care
- Maintaining client records and reports (as needed) in accordance with professional standards
- Participating in regular supervision.
- Consistent referral stream from local services, companies and other mental health services
What we're looking for
- Essential criteria: A degree in either Psychology with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- OR a Degree in Social Work or Counselling with registration with ACA level 3+ or Clinical with PACFA or AASW. - At this stage we won't be taking on anyone without that.
- Experience providing evidence-based treatment and/or relationship counselling interventions
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with a focus on rapport-building and empathetic client care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development.
- It would be a bonus if you work from modalities like IFS, Emotional Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy, Attachment, EMDR, Brainspotting or the like. Or a willingness to complete PD in this area.
