Cafe Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role
You will lead by example, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work independently as well as support and motivate a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day cafe operations
Prepare and serve coffee, mainly Acai bowls, smoothies, and other menu items
Train and support team members
Manage stock control and stock takes
Open and close the cafe as required
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards
Report regularly to business owners on store performance
What We're Looking For
Previous supervisory experience in a cafe, hospitality, retail, or fast-food environment is a bonus
Essential: Strong barista experience
Ability to work independently and make decisions when working alone
Team player with excellent communication skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Good organisational and time management skills
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred
