What We Offer
✅ Award-compliant pay (per Cleaning Services Award MA000022)
- Base rate: $27.68/hour (full-time/part-time)
- Casual rate: $34.60/hour (includes 25% casual loading)
- Penalty rates apply for early mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays
✅ 11.5% Superannuation paid on top of wages

Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, sanitising surfaces
- Following health & safety standards and site procedures
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Being punctual, reliable and respectful on site
Requirements
- Valid White Card (essential for construction/industrial sites) – we can advise during training if needed
- Right to work in Australia (Students/Holiday-Makers encouraged to apply)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transport is a must
- Able to pass a basic police check if required
