We currently have an opportunity for an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance for a premium commercial and R&D facility near Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Hard Services Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Drive planned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment in line with contract requirements.
- Uphold Zero Harm, OH&S, GxP, environmental risk and quality compliance across site activities.
- Coordinate contractors, service delivery partners and site teams, including inductions and competencies.
- Maintain detailed records for maintenance tasks, incidents, near misses, audits and critical spares.
Support audits, close non-conformances, program annual shutdowns and manage calibration, preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance.

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary engineering qualification and related postgraduate qualifications.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a highly regulated industry.
- Working knowledge of building services, including electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic systems.
- High computer literacy across CMMS, Microsoft Office and SAP.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, communicate with stakeholders, lead teams and manage subcontractors.
