WE'RE HIRING FEMALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS IN BEENLEIGH
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis with possibility of being promoted to part-time. This is a rewarding opportunity to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals, building independence, and enjoying meaningful participation in their community.
Participant Details
- Must be open to supporting participants who are non-verbal and needs mobility support, and participants with mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.
- Needs SIL Support, community access, assistance in daily living, mental health support
Schedule
- Must be amenable to day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, etc.
Mandatory Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance and current registration
- Certificate or Diploma related to disability support, individual support, community services, or a similar field (preferred but not essential)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting participants with daily living activities and individual goals
- Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities
- Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
- Building positive and respectful relationships with participants
- Completing progress notes and following participant support plans
