We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team at HanOk Box Hill.
This role is suitable for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is willing to learn. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as required
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting with general kitchen duties
- Working efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods

- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
