We're looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Group Sustainability Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear insights, influence decision-making, and help us deliver against our bold sustainability targets.

What you'll do:
- Translate sustainability data (Scope 1, 2 & 3, food waste, packaging) into clear actions and decisions
- Build and own dashboards, reporting and metrics that track real progress of projects against targets
- Lead coordination of ASRS reporting data and project manage RSPO certification
- Partner with operations, finance, procurement, supply chain and leadership to drive performance and accountability
- Continuously improve systems, processes and data quality to scale impact
You'll bring:
- Strong analytics + storytelling skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience turning messy data into meaningful insights
- A commercial lens - you see sustainability as a driver of growth, not just compliance
- Project management leadership
- Cross functional stakeholder management expertise - you build strong relationships with varying stakeholders which will underpin your ability to delivery important work
- Curiosity, ownership, resourcefulness and the ability to influence without authority
- A passion for sustainability and driving transformation in a large business
Best suited to: Analysts or consultants (3-5 years) in data, finance, engineering or sustainability who want to step into a strategic, purpose-led role with real business impact.
