We run a mobile sauna and cold plunge trailer that turns up at endurance events, gyms, run clubs and corporate days across Sydney and regional NSW. People step in cold and step out feeling unreasonably good. The business is growing and the founder can't be the only one selling it anymore.
This is a sales role with a simple job: line up the gigs. Events and businesses that want the trailer there, plus local fitness collabs between events. You'll be given the leads, the pitch, the pricing and the tools. Your job is to work the outreach, build the relationships and get bookings over the line. The founder handles all the logistics and runs the events themselves, so you're focused purely on landing the event/booking.
How it pays. There's a small weekly base plus commission on every gig you bring in. The first two weeks are a trial, judged on your activity and how we work together, not on closing sales, because real bookings take longer than a fortnight to land. Pass the trial and the base is locked in alongside your commission. The commission is genuinely worth chasing and you see every figure it's calculated on. Nothing hidden.
You'll do well here if you're a self-starter who likes talking to people, you're comfortable on the phone, over email and sliding into a DM, and you can stay organised enough to track who you've contacted and when. A background or real interest in health, fitness, sport or wellbeing helps a lot, because you'll be selling something you should believe in.
Pay: $100.00 – $500.00 per hour
