Periple RV is seeking a reliable and capable Caravan Assembly & Production Technician to join our growing production team in Pakenham.
We design and build premium Australian-fitted-out caravans, engineered for touring and off-grid travel. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys producing high-quality finished vehicles.
The role involves working across different stages of caravan production, including:
- Unloading and devanning shipping containers, checking components against packing lists
- Installing cabinetry, doors, hatches, appliances, trims and fittings
- General mechanical assembly and component fitment (plumbing, gas, electrical support work)
- Measuring, marking, drilling, cutting, fastening and sealing
- Reading drawings, measurements and assembly instructions
- Using hand tools, cordless tools and workshop equipment
- Checking completed work for accuracy and quality before handover
- Assisting across different areas of the manufacturing process
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace
