We are seeking a person with the ability to:-
Operate as an effective representative, to implement relevant actions identified in the Outlook Business Plan within established policies and procedures as directed.
Contributes own expertise to deliver ABL programs for young offenders or those at risk of offending.
Be able to interpret work environments to design, develop and evaluate ABL programs linked to case management objectives
Operate as an effective member of the team to deliver and assess training in ABL for Government and Non-government staff who work with young offenders or those at risk of offending.
Identify learning opportunities and participates in the development and review of training courses to a national training standard
Build and sustain effective relationships with trainees and their agencies by providing on-program mentoring support and by developing and maintaining training plans.
Manage risk in relation to staff and participants and comply with legislation, industry standards, policies and procedures.
Undertake administrative tasks relevant to program and training delivery in accordance with departmental policies and procedures and contribute to the good governance and objectives of the Directorate and Department.
