About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that help optimize business performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to support business objectives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management, marketing, operations, and finance teams to solve business challenges using data.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and other analytical experiments.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy across reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development of data pipelines and analytical workflows.
- Stay up to date with emerging data science techniques and technologies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data science, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with cloud platforms or big data technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
