Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 – Palliative Care Nurse to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, families and carers.

This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional palliative care and providing specialist clinical leadership across the care team. In this role you will:

Deliver expert, person-centred palliative care across diverse settings.

Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and specialist advice to care teams.

Drive best-practice clinical care, service development and quality improvement.

Collaborate with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
