We’re on the lookout for a dependable, detail-driven team player to join our K&B Torrensville Support Office in a Quoting Administration role.
If you thrive in a structured admin environment, enjoy working with data, and take pride in accuracy—this could be the perfect next step.
- Working to an allocated job schedule to keep things moving smoothly
- Preparing and processing quotes in line with quoting and material guidelines
- Updating and editing existing quotes as required
- Supporting Trade Account Managers with accurate and timely information
- Delivering a high level of internal customer service
- Strong PC and data entry skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Timber or hardware knowledge (a bonus—but we’ll train you if you’re keen to learn!)
- Supportive, friendly team environment
- Stable Monday–Friday role (no weekends!)
