About the role
Help make a real difference in the Gippsland community by coordinating a project that supports people to reconnect with education, training and employment opportunities.
As the Project Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a six-month regional project, working closely with participants, community organisations, education providers and employment services to create positive pathways for individuals across Gippsland.
You'll coordinate regional engagement sessions, manage project activities and administration, monitor progress against key milestones, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure participants are connected with the support they need. This is a varied role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, event logistics and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping projects organised and on track.

You're a highly organised and proactive project professional who enjoys bringing people together and delivering meaningful outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and have a knack for building positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You'll also bring:
- Experience coordinating projects, community programs or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage participants, community organisations and service providers.
- Experiencepreparing reports, maintaining accurate records and supporting project governance and administration.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.

Mandatory requirements
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A 6-month probationary period applies to this role
