THE ROLE
As Pastry Chef at Wyndham Lodge, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries, slices, and baked products.
- Prepare and present a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, slices, and baked goods.
- Develop seasonal and special occasion dessert offerings.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all products.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Support themed events, celebrations, and special functions.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and broader hospitality team.

ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Pastry Chef, Baker, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience producing high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries, and baked goods.
- Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
