- Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for our community.
- Manage stock, maintain inventory, and ensure the gelato display is perfectly presented.
- Support and guide casual staff during busy afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
