The Opportunity: Nursery Room Leader
We’re searching for a passionate, motivated and experienced Room Leader to join our growing team on a permanent full-time basis (5 days per week).
As a Room Leader, you’ll guide and inspire a team of educators, shaping a warm and engaging environment where children thrive. You’ll lead with heart, nurture professional growth, and drive our centre towards an Exceeding standard of care and education.

What You’ll Bring
- Diploma of Children’s Services (or equivalent ACECQA-recognised qualification)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working with Children Check + NSW Police Check
- Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF & Children’s Services regulations
- A passion for early education and a collaborative spirit
- Strong communication skills and a clear teaching philosophy
- Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT001/2) or willingness to obtain

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 – $50.00 per hour
