About the Role
Race Dental is looking for an experienced Acrylic Dental Technician to join our team, with a strong focus on traditional acrylic denture processing.
This is a hands on technical role suited to someone experienced in conventional denture manufacture who takes pride in producing high quality removable prosthetics.
Key Responsibilities
· Full and partial acrylic denture processing
· Denture set ups and waxing
· Flasking, packing and processing acrylic dentures
· Deflasking, trimming, finishing and polishing
· Denture repairs, additions and relines
· Working with heat cure and cold cure acrylics
· Maintaining a high standard of fit, finish and presentation
· Quality checking completed work
· Working closely with other technicians to meet production timeframes
Experience and Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent qualification as a Dental Technician
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in traditional acrylic denture processing
· Strong practical experience with full and partial dentures
· Sound knowledge of denture materials and processing techniques
· Excellent attention to detail
· Pride in producing high quality technical work
· Ability to work efficiently within a busy laboratory environment
· Strong team work and communication skills

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
