As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live with dignity, safety and comfort. From delivering hands-on care to working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll help shape outcomes that truly matter in people's everyday lives.

Delivering person-centred care that supports residents' health, independence and wellbeing
Partnering with registered nurses and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' conditions, improving care outcomes

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Strong clinical skills in aged care and a commitment to safe, evidence-based practice
Ability to work collaboratively and follow clinical direction within a team environment
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and quality improvement
You'll stand out if you bring experience in residential aged care and/or additional training such as intravenous medication competencies.
Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering person-centred care and contributing to a team that values compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
