You’ll be encouraging them to grow socially, emotionally while instilling a love for learning. Your Room Leader will work with you to develop individualised programs while maintaining developmental records and keeping parents informed. Then at the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (smiling again) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
