Reporting directly to the Client Success Lead, the Client Success Manager will play a key role in driving impactful digital marketing outcomes for our clients. As a key member to the Client Success team, you will manage and grow relationships with News Xtend’s higher–tier clients – including enterprise–level businesses and key accounts – across a wide range of industries. This position is a 9 month fixed term contract.
Main Responsibilities:
The focus of this role balances high–touch client management with cross–functional performance optimisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to higher–tier accounts, drive data–backed campaign success in partnership with Trading and Sales teams, and actively contribute to the team’s development through the peer mentoring of junior specialists.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high–value customers, delivering tailored strategies that align with their digital marketing goals.
Conduct strategic performance reviews, provide advanced reporting, and ensure consistent communication to strengthen client partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them through the full lifecycle of our digital product suite to support retention and growth.
Identify and deliver quarterly projects including process improvements, AI adoption, client retention initiatives, new business initiatives, and reporting/technology improvements.
Who are you?
1–2 years’ experience managing high–value or enterprise accounts in a digital marketing environment preferred.
Ability to lead through change, mentor team members, and contribute to a high–performance, growth–focused team culture.
Experience analysing and optimising processes and technology workflows.
Strong knowledge of and experience in the media and marketing industry.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable navigating cross–functional teams and driving collaboration for client success.
