Sydney East Building & Renovations handles major home extensions, structural remedial works, and maintenance.
Qualified Electrician is a tradesperson who has completed the required training and apprenticeship and holds the appropriate electrical licence to legally perform electrical wiring work.
Typically responsibilities include:
Install new electrical wiring for home renovations and extensions.
Upgrade switchboards and electrical circuits.
Install lighting, power points, ceiling fans, smoke alarms, and appliances.
Perform fault finding, repairs, and electrical testing.
Ensure all work complies with the NSW Fair Trading electrical standards and the AS/NZS 3000.
Coordinate with builders, plumbers, and other trades on renovation projects.
Maintain a safe worksite and complete required documentation.
Typical requirements
NSW Qualified Supervisor or Electrician Licence.
Current White Card.
Australian driver's licence.
Experience in residential construction or renovations.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month
