The Gig
We’re looking for a Barista who can do a little bit of everything and do it with style.
You’ll be slinging coffees, running food, delivering in-room dining, and helping create an incredible guest experience across our café, Bruno’s, breakfast service, and hotel outlets. No two days are the same, and honestly, that’s exactly how we like it.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To

Prepare Beverages, including Coffee, Tea, smoothies, and Iced Drinks

Maintaining and operating coffee equipment - Espresso Machine, grinders

Ensuring quality control by following recipes and prepping food and drink according to standard

Following Food and safety & Hygiene Standards

Key Communications and customer service skills

Manual handling - as employees will be expected to lift chairs and stock

Managing stock inventory

POS and Cash Handling

Maintaining cleanliness of Back of House and Public areas of Brunos
About You
You’re upbeat, confident, people-focused, and thrive in a busy environment.
You know how to read a room, connect with guests, and stay cool when the pace picks up. You’re a team player who’s happy jumping between coffee machines, floor service, cocktails, and guest chats without missing a beat.
Ideally, you’ll have:

Must have 2 years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or hotel

Must have an RSA
-
Barista skills and confidence behind the machine

A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
-
Great communication skills and positive energy
-
A genuine love for hospitality and guest experience
