Emily&Steve is a multi-brand designer boutique located in Emporium Melbourne. We specialise in designer, streetwear fashion brands, featuring brands such as 13DE MARZO, REVAN, AVVENN, LE SPECS, along with a curated selection of designer sunglasses.
We are looking for a Fashion Retail Sales Assistant to join our Melbourne CBD store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, styling, customer service and working in a boutique retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, confident and professional customer service
- Assist customers with styling, sizing and product recommendations
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat purchases
- Maintain store presentation, fitting rooms and product displays
- Assist with stock organisation, tagging, replenishment and daily store operations
- Support social media and product content when required
- Process sales through the POS system accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organised and premium boutique environment
About You:
- Previous retail, fashion, beauty or luxury sales experience is preferred
- Fluent English communication is required
- Mandarin or Cantonese is highly regarded
- Confident speaking with both local and Chinese-speaking customers
- Strong interest in fashion, styling, designer brands or streetwear
- Friendly, reliable, proactive and well-presented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced CBD retail environment
- Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred
- Must have valid working rights in Australia
